There is the key to getting this to pass. I've said all along that there is no way they will get a TA to pass unless they come up with another "fleeting opportunity". Hopefully we won't fall for that trick again.
And I'm sure the shines new jets promise (if rumor is true) will come with a paragraph that says "these are new growth aircraft and we promise not to park any higher paying current fleet jets to once again lower your pay."
