That's very good to hear about your training dept. I was planning to move to FL to make life a little easier. When did everyone find out aircraft/base, was it right at the beginning of training or before?
Thanks for the candid advice. I guess I really need to think about if I could handle Allegiant long-term before I head over there.
The majority of newhires for the rest of the year will probably be AB...you'll typically find out where you're going by the second week. Given all the rumors of a massive influx of airframes, we seem to be hiring in advance of that. And there is no one here any longer who is head hunting in the training department...however, the FAA side of the house is a mess, so who knows what will happen.
