They're a great company with great people but SWAPA invented working with management (as some so often complain about here) and signed a 10 year contract once. 3 years past and they just formed a SPC. Yes a real "union" waits years for someone else to do the heavy lifting.
Their union isn't panicking to meet the CEO's artificially condensed timeline in the best negotiating environment we may ever see.
I'm happy to wait RA out for the right deal.
