Based on the past few seniority list updates we lost 15 pilots out something like 537 the last 4 months. 3%? That is like Delta losing 372 guys in 4 months and none of those being due to retirements.
Since the November seniority list there have been 27 people who have left or been fired. At this rate we are on schedule to lose around 10% of the pilot group per year. Even with the May new hire class, there are now less people on property than there was on the November seniority list.
