Kalitta would be the best gig in aviation if we could get an industry leading contract for our segment of the ACMI world. 13 or 14 days off a month in a row is to me a HUGE quality of life thing. If the pay rate were to increase by say 30% I would probably pass up Upgrade. One of the very few benefits to seniority here is that you can control which part of the month you do your 17 days on. After 15 years in aviation it would actually be nice to have holidays off.
