I agree. I'll try to talk with some people involved in the process, but I think the vast majority of interviewees are either from job fairs or silver bullets. Not a big fan of having to pay for job fairs, but I guess we've been having some success with interviewees selected from them. With us getting 101 airframes in the next 5 years, it's a good time to get on! Might just have to bite the bullet and invest some money in a job fair, if you don't have any internals, and really want to work at F9!
