Perhaps you and the rest of the "long time lurkers, first time posters" know something we don't.
In a cynics view yo ud say the nc knew they couldn't quickly get a decent or acceptable pay raise so monetizing PS to get a higher rate was their idea and not the companys.
It was here that people started talking at risk and guaranteed pay while at the same time RA was telling the LCA that PS wouldn't be touched.
