After the millionth post about SKW pay by the overly vocal SAABerowski I thought I'd dedicate a post about the topic so that he (and others) might become better educated

So SKW pay is lower than most first year but then is higher every year after that (excpet Horizon which makes everybody look bad) and ASA in 3rd and 4th year pay. Fortunately with the current one year upgrade you don't have to worry about ever reaching 3rd and 4th year pay.

The CA side has most carriers within a dollar or two of each other which equates to less than a 2% difference all around.

So I really wonder what SAAB and others are talking about. SKW pay is on par if not higher than most. And do you really think XJT would pay you that much more than what everybody else is making?
