Duvie, not to jump on what you've said here, but the devil is in the details.
1) SKYW second year FO pay is 3 dollars an hour more than mine. Yet its for a 70 passenger jet. 40% more seats, 8% more pay.
2) Does SKYW Paid 100% for deadheads?
3) Do you have lot's of opportunity to trade trips, drop trips, bad day-worse day trades, open time swapping, and pick-up or drop?
4) 100% pay protection on cancellations, management pick-ups, etc.
5) Does SKYW have a Retirement Plan (A or B) and 401K.
6) Does SKYW employees receive annual profit sharing.
Don't know where SKYW stands on these items, but primarily I wanted to point out that there's more to it than what the pay table shows.
SKYW is the richest single regional in the country. I believe about 700 million in Cash and no union! If you guys don't have an industry leading contract, you have to ask...why not?
