CASM ~$0.05 ...impressive. Should fuel massive growth, a quick upgrade, and long(er) term job security. Good for everyone, and I'm personally excited about it all. But don't forget the other ChASM... As in the enormous rift, deep and wide, separating what you are worth from what you are actually paid. It's ok though because our time is coming to get it strait. I hope our negotiators know what they're doing, and if not, they are humble and smart enough to seek help from those who do know what they're doing. And all you yearlings like me better be ready to vote NO on any TA that doesn't move heaven and earth!

Question to the old union heads: Are we ready to do this in Spring 2016? I mean is there enough time to properly prepare? CA I flew with told me there was a to-do list given us by ALPA on preparing, and it starts over a year out.
