How would captains feel if the LCA bid before the rest of the captains and then those trips were removed.
First PBS runs the LCA bids.
Then runs the CP bids with LCA trips removed.
Then runs FO trips with LCA trips removed.
Shouldn't we just have the OE FOs bid first before any of this???
