Let's stop *****ing and get busy, write your reps. Tell your brothers/sisters to write them. If they get thousands of emails, they might return this inadequate TA. Self funded pay raises, etc. are not what we should be accepting while the company is buying back $5 billion in stock. Dividends are fine. If you want to monetize profit sharing, show us the money.
At this point, people should not only be emailing/calling their reps, they should email/call the mec chairman, the negotiating committee members, and anyone/everyone else they can in the dalpa structure......
