For those looking at AA and Delta rates I fear you are setting yourself up for a big disappointment. Legacy carriers have never been our peer group. Thankfully (unfortunately?) we trail everyone else with regard to hourly rates so there needs to be some parity.

I fully understand that ULCC pilots aren't going to make the same money as legacy pilots. It's simple math. The legacies bring in way more money than we do. Heck, just the first class cabin alone probably brings in as much revenue as our entire cabin does... Ok, probably not, but I bet it does on occasion.

How about a prediction that we make up half the difference from our current rates to the leading legacy rates? So maybe we get top captain rates of around 205/ hour and 135 for top of scale FOs? Do those numbers sound reasonable??
