both sides are the only airlines that can staff more flying. and I'm sure that management sees these airlines struggling. erj sure doesn't have 175s cause we dont have pay rates for them (can't give a price to carriers without having a price to give), and yes i am very aware of all the other factors (past management, contract etc.). Not sure what you guys have over there on the ASA side. Point being, get another contract to get guys in the company, have a rate for bigger planes so that you can bid for more flying.
