Apparently we have a number of DALPA guys who are just volunteering that came up with the most insulting contract proposal of our generation, given the economic climate. I am fairly certain your presentation will not include the gold standard (detailed pro/con paper). You will cheer anything that can be twisted as a positive while you sweep all negatives under the rug. We've seen this dog and pony show before.

A good contract doesn't need careful sales manipulation/maneuvering to make it look good. It stands on it's own, even in bullet format. To answer your question, I would rather you didn't bring us convoluted info trying to get us to yes, even as a volunteer. Take the day off and let someone willing to present a serious pro/con take the reins. Even better, if we still have a few good guys left running our union (that aren't being led by the nose), let them vote this down and send it back. It is not the TA this pilot group deserves given the lost decade, BK and the mound of money Delta will be sitting on these next three years.

PS- Let's not help management turn Delta into a broker of ticket sales flown by their dozen subsidiary airlines. Ridiculous!
