Imagine a 5 year CA earning $105/hr and a 3 year FO earning $70/hr at a regional. I guarantee you, that many more of the regional pilots WILL NOT move to another airline if that was the case.
And along comes the next GOJet with pilots who are happy to work for slave wages just to fly a new RJ and build their time. They take away your flying cause they under bid you with their wonderful low cost structure. Ever heard of Comair or Atlantic Coast?...
