The 88s retirement is now a topic of management discussion. You could probably replace its flying with a mix of 90s, 320s, 319s, 717s, 737s and even double CRJ900s.

That's what I was told.

I don't know anything but even talking about 195's as replacement aircraft is kind of silly. This management team is smarter than to eject 50-60 seats that are current filled to the brim on most routes.

Down gauging the 88's would be colossally stupid. I doubt that is a long range plan. The 319/20 is a legit replacement.
