So in 2018, 14 years after 2004, and after returning Billions of our concessions and lost retirement plans to the Shareholder, we finally match those actual pay rates, but minus 14 years of inflation reduced buying power, oh, and with no DB type funding to our DC plan either.
If this is the Best They Could Do, in these times, well, it's sad, just sad. They never once mentioned the Restoration word. Never kept track of how many Billions we contributed to Delta's record earnings, never cranked up the Family Awareness Network to get the pilots involved and educated and motivated to not settle for this kind of a weak, substandard, non-restorative T/A.
There is no doubt in my mind this is the best T/A this MEC will ever produce, because they are scared to death of Richard and unwilling, or just too lazy, to motivate the pilots to stand up and restore the profession.
