If you could back up one of these rhetorical points with a single fact, it would help to make you seem less tin-foiled hatted.
DALPA process has been and is being followed.
Ask your REP if it is being followed.
Educate yourself and ask questions if a TA is handed off.
Argue in facts and perhaps your opinion will be held up as valid.
