The attempt at a wildcat strike while very good for chest thumping was much like a Bonzaii charge. Looks heroic but in the end incredibly ineffective. The NMB will view it as a attempt to end run their authority and your chances for gaining a release have just dropped to less then zero.

Spend some money and hire some really good labor attorneys from DC and then listen to them.
