Let the process work (hopefully) If we don't get the product we think we should have then reps need to be recalled and all that stuff. I think it would be an enormous mistake to go independent. For example: You think dpa could deliver a scope clause like swa? Seriously? (I don't think they are going to be able to keep the one they have either btw) You and I better get our resumes dusted off if dpa were successful though, and at least you better get used to the idea of being in a mad dog right seat.. I'm not a DPA supporter, but your catastrophising of what an independent union would bring is a bit much. My concerns, if this gets to memory rat, are that a group that is sheepish enough to vote for this POS doesn't have the cajones to push hard enough to better their situation.
