Hope this answers your question.
The lost jobs are bad enough. The bigger problem is that I'll have than many fewer trips to choose from every month, and I won't even know which ones will be unavailable when I do my bid. Rotation quality has tanked enough in the past year to remove even more.choices from the bid package. Their lack of foresight in staffing isn't my $!÷×£ING problem. Let them deal with it. Major concession. This affects ALL F/O's, not just the senior ones. Scheisse rolls downhill boys.
