Go to the UAL interview and see if they even offer you a job. If so I'd probably go to UAL and I live in DEN where both have a base. I'd hold DEN sooner with SWA but the options are better with UAL (can change equipment, int'l vs domestic). I've got a crapload of PIC time so I don't care about upgrade....I'd rather have QOL. But I don't even have calls to interview at either so I'm jealous.
