It's detailed but a quick overview would be that every pilot on Envoy property and every Envoy new hire has flow rights. These are not interviews, there is no medical. When your number is up you fill out your paperwork and go to class.

Protected Pilots(1) will get 50% (timed to coincide with delivery schedules), Protected Pilots(2) will get 35%. New hires get 25% of every class, which increases with our size.

There are about 300 that will not flow. There are about 400 in the 35% band. As the band percentage gets smaller, the number of AA retirements gets larger.

Essentially, they're saying our whole list flows street to AA in six years.

Currently, AAG is sending 62% from Envoy which is significantly more than required. They said they'd send more when they could; and they are.

We're currently sending a higher percentage than required each month, so I'd like to know how many more interviews per month is PSA getting above what's required?
