GoJet and TSA are owned by the sane holding company and only a year ago GoJet was the place to be while TSA was slowly dying. If GoJet crews aren't being treated well now TSA will mostly be soon to follow.
Endeavor as a wholly owned is risky. Ask any former Comair or current Eagle pilot.

While our contract still sucks management has been treating us alot better than the years past. Finally they figured out they need to treat people with respect or they'll lose us.
We are short staffed but have a LOA out for picking up open time trips at 200% pay protected. Not sure how long that will last but it's making people a decent amount of extra money per month.
