I have no problem with this, and I appreciate you informing the group for those who cannot be at the meeting in person. I can only assume that you are passing along information, verbatim from the NC as it is told to you. Again, no problem.

My issue is with the costing model, and its failure to recognize that at least half of the airline is affected by the LCA change in some capacity, except the very most senior FO's who retain the right to bid with LCA's when nobody else does.

I also have issue why we are taking concessions on an item we clawed back from the company when we released FO's from recovery flying. Things like this are almost never given away by the company, and we shouldn't either. If the NC wanted to give this away, a far higher pay rate might have blinded some to the change, but they didn't.

What was the result of the JV changes?
