What also doesn't take place until Jan 1, 2017 is the 1% DC increase. The sick leave changes not only take effect immediately but are also retroactive.
What is also disturbing is that sick leave will have a look back to 2012 if this TA passes. That will cover 2 1/2 years of our current contract. Talk about negative retro.
