If the LEC Reps are getting overwhelming "Vote NO" input, if they truly are our "Representatives", how should they vote?
That's the Vocal minority fallacy though. Happy and content people don't write in at all. You have take stock of those who do call in and consider the ratio of the silent voices and the voices of whatever was in the pilot survey (which is statistically way more accurate than the the consensus on APC).
It's the same way you vote for senators, and other political figures. You vote for the person to make judgement calls, you don't vote for how they vote. I'm not saying that's the best way to go about it, but that's how it's done.
