In doing so, by pulling trips out of the pot, you're actually affecting 100% of the FOs, not just the ones that target LCA trips.
You are correct. Let's say pilot 1 wants trip A. Trip A does not get awarded because it is with a LCA. Pilot 1 now has to get trip B. Pilot 2 wanted trip B and would have received it under the old contract but must now settle for trip C. It continues down the line so it affects
all pilots in a category.
