Incidental, they pay the 747 and a380 in a separate band.
Soon, we will have no 747s and will be a predominately an a330 airline.
ALPA prides themselves on pattern bargaining, which you well know how it works.
They out right failed by being unable to match those rates.
So, for a guy like you oh has been relegated to 767 for what likely is the remainder of your short career here, unless you get lucky enough to hold an a330, you will never see the financial gains that an AMR or UAL pilot will for doing the same job on the same airplane.

The pay banding argument (and others
) have been made ad nauseam only to the retorts of "But. Bigger. has. To. Pay. More. Because. They make. More. For. the. Company." NOW, you want pay banding like AAL. Why is that? And it is I that is being obtuse? Seriously Clark?
Oh, and I am very happy on the 767. Even if I could hold the 330 I have zero intention of bidding it thank you very much.
