Agreed. To rest ones case on "The pilots need to vote and that's how they give input" fly's in the face of what we have been told by ALPA regarding the function of pilot representation. During side letters and LOA's, DALPA certainly doesn't seem to care about the line pilots giving direction through a vote. You can't have it both ways.

Make no mistake, those guys were instructed to send this out so the hard sell hyenas could misdirect their way to a 51% yes vote ushering in one of the most damaging TA's (think lost widebody flying and loss of personal privacy) in ALPA history. The only question now, will this be the first TA to get voted down in the history of the pilots of Delta Air Lines and can we remove guys from ALPA that failed to represent?
