man this thing stinks! I find it hard to believe that anyone put they wanted all these concessions in exchange for a pretty small raise on their survey. it's almost like our contract is aligning with the regionals as far as sick time goes. The LCA bidding thing is a huge QOL hit for FO's. I could go on, but those two things are enough for my no vote. I had let my DPA card lapse, but think i'll be turning it back in now.
