To me, if you want to live in PDX and not commute, it's a no brainer.

But, how about some what if's

- What if you end up flying a 73 for the rest of your life? That ok?

- What if you go Delta and they draw down SEA, you ok commuting for the rest of your life (or moving)?

- What about $? How important is that?

It is a tough call, you really have to nail down which things are most important to you. I grew up in PDX, if I still lived there and were in your shoes it'd be an easy choice for me. Currently I'm quite happily moving my new Atlanta home
