I believe this sample is too small to be statistically consistent-- not to mention statistics will say what ever you want them to really. I rarely post or publicly have an opinion but I will now send in a DPA card just in case. I don't necessarily support DPA but this TA clearly doesn't represent the will of the pilots that DALPA is supposed to be representing. I really thought the pay rates were going to be a Home Run because according to DALPA they hadn't even been discussed just a few short weeks before the TA and the TA came so quickly. 9-9-5-5 seemed very reasonable to me without touching profit sharing. The remainder of the "concessions" seem difficult to "cost" but don't seem like they are a win for us as a pilot group. They really didn't put any "wow" in this thing to sway people-- I'm a definite NO and hope that the next go at it can iron out the negatives-- if not now, when?? There will be a correction and we have to hold the line now or forever work for far less than we are worth!
