Those that are using Tim Caplinger as an excuse not to send in a DPA card are just using that as a crutch for their inaction or fear of challenging ALPA. He has repeatedly stated he is not going to run for DPA office. His job is to get the DPA to representation vote.
He also stated he would stop the drive prior to C2012 so to keep us from being fragmented and we all saw how well that worked. I am a resounding NO for this contract but no way do I trust Caplinger to do what he says...
