This is fair, IF all duty for all "work" is also included (at 5:15 per day): management work days, instructor work days (in the sim or admin), ALPA trip drops (original trip value), LCA duty of any type (does FAR 117 already cover this? If not, then all time in office is an admin day worth 5:15 or if checking from the jump seat then the value of the day). Who else?

Of course, there is green slip with conflict....
