Regarding #2, I noticed that 3.B.4 now will be amended in this new contract to include our profit sharing in the calculation for comparison. Just caught that little gem today.
It also includes United profit sharing into their rates but the other little gem is if when they calculate United hourly rate and the previous year we got 8% P.S. and they get 10% they will add only 8% to their hourly rate
