The easier answer is that we are losing a ton from ORD (which is 175) to United. I know some that were in my new hire class that took the upgrade on the CRJ and were hired by legacy before they could make it out of IOE. Maybe we can start a rumor that it is because United wants to bring all 175 flying back to mainline!! (/sarcasm just in case anyone thought I was serious)
I wish United was on my list because they are hiring a ton of SW pilots right now.
