I reckon Europe and Asia will start snapping up the 175 guys for the actual aircraft type.

Then there is the Middle East carriers, they would take them because of the weight category over 40 tons, they have a thing about that.

All the Ryanair and easyjet pilots in Europe end up there. Good salaries in China and the Middle East so can see why the 175 captains are bailing.
