I asked my rep why we are waiving the 60 day ratification period and he said that it is 30. I then out that the contrails put out on June 5th had the exact section 9 timeline in it and it says 60 days unless there are mitigating circumstances. I don't see that being the case unless you consider just because the company wants it done as reason. So ask your reps.
Good....we could have the vote tomorrow and I'd be happy. I don't need a road show, sales job or more time to study this turd to cast my NO vote. The sooner we flush this turd the sooner they can get back to the negotiating table. I can live with the current contract while they continue negotiations. If the company really needs a deal soon, they can belly up to the negotiating table with a little more give than take.
