Denny, I don't have those numbers handy. IIRC '96 was a 2% cut and added profit sharing. In 1998 we converted 6% profit sharing to pay. We then got the 737-800 payrate, and followed that with the B777 and B767-400 "Delta dot." C2K wound up being UAL plus 1%. They lost that when they went into bankruptcy in 2002. We kept the rates until LOA-46 in November, 2004.
Thanks for the reply Slow. As a guy who has never voted no on a contract, I'm prepared to wait this one out. For me, the gains don't come anywhere near overcoming the losses...
I'm certainly disappointed with the money (I was for C2012 but I got over it and probably could for this one too) but for me, it's all the other givebacks in this TA.
