Here is my take. For this contract, I think it is too late to change horses in mid stream. That being said, if this TA passes and becomes our contract, I will fill out a DPA card and send it in. It's sad to me. Never in a million years thought I would say that....

It won't matter Denny. In fact, you could make the case that DALPA would be the better choice if this passes because ALL our negotiating leverage will be gone with that new Scope. Acting as if you have no leverage in negotiations is what DALPA does best. We'll need to be REALLY nice to management and hope they reward us for niceness if this passes.
