If it makes you feel better, I'm on my 2nd 3 day this week, & both captains are solid no votes. One was really senior and had an issue with the sick leave and the other is mid seniority and had an issue with the sick and profit sharing reduction.

I'm a solid no because I'm tired of the backward slide in work rules and I'm insulted by the sick leave verification.
