Hopefully the NC will put out something in the road show to explain this better. I'm not a fan of the changes but I can see why management is interested.
That's just it slowplay. Pilots don't need roadshows or negotiators to explain what the language does/probably mean. We can and should all do that for ourselves. The TA language is out on the MEC website. The lanaguage is clear and very straight forward. Reading the actual language is all anyone will need to make up their mind.
