Hopefully the NC will put out something in the road show to explain this better. I'm not a fan of the changes but I can see why management is interested.
Why does DALPA feel we have to solve all of Management's Problems, but NONE of OUR PROBLEMS??
I've got two problems I need solved before I solve ANY for Management:
1. My pay rate is STILL 18% below where it was 11 years ago!
2. My Retirement plan is underfunded by $2.5 Million dollars!
How about DALPA worrying about the Pilot's Problems first?
Delta, the Air Line, is going to earn $6 Billion this year!
Delta's got NO PROBLEMS!
The Pilots however, have the two I mentioned above. Why is DALPA more worried about the Company's problems than the Pilots?
