You're absolutely right. It's a "B" scale pure and simple. While that is really bad, it pales in comparison to the top and bottom end scope job losses.

100% agree. I am sick of DALPA promoting the pay when they made such a huge error. We need people to bring up the 320 comparisons in the road "sell" shows. Pay is what the yes voter understands.
