It's only a matter of time before all airlines will be fighting over minimally qualified pilots.

If senior captains are jumping ship, how do new guys feel they're gonna get treated?
You assume that B6, WN, NK, AA, DL, UA, Alaska are banging down our doors for interviews...that's not the case. 7+ years of trying to get out of the regionals and I'm almost desperate enough to apply to Allegiant if only to get a narrow body type that might look more attractive to someplace I really want to work long term. For me, if I applied (and I haven't...yet), it would be a temporary stop in hopes UAL or DL called quickly. I'm thinking with so many RJ guys wanting legacy jobs, pilfering from your own feed is detrimental so they'd rather pilfer from competition like B6, etc.

Coming from a airline with a extremely hostile work environment due to 8+ years of CBA negotiations, I'm well aware of what I'd be getting into.

I could be wrong, but 10 yrs at a crappy regional has made me slightly crazy.
