specifically allows it to happen. It also
allows all future growth to occur with our JV partners by them up gauging to A380's to handle the passenger growth...while we remain with 757's and 737-900ER's. Under this scenario of A380's for the Euro's and narrow bodies for Delta pilots, Delta will be in balance because the JV language now only cares about aircraft block hours...REGARDLESS of aircraft type or number of seats.

There is nothing in writing about Alitalia leaving. Nothing. Alitalia has only said they
intend to leave in 2017.

Where does it say in this TA that the company will do that?

The facts are in the actual TA language. Our challenge will be to refute the falsehoods told by the MEC administration during the road shows as they attempt to deflect from the facts in the TA language. That's why I think attending road shows are a waste of time except to maybe picket them outside. Picketing outside would allow for passing out leaflets showing the actual TA language as all the fact-based evidence you need to vote NO.
