Weeks ago we even had both capt and FO bust on the same event. Airbus training has been labeled a disaster and has suffered its share of casualties. The examples are everywhere and all boil down to sacrificing everything for the cost savings.

Family? Ask the guys that were sent TDY for months, some cases over a year, away from family, unable to commute.
