Is it really as bad as it seems? Is there any chance of this being the first TA ever voted down at Delta?
I personally feel its a vocal minority on here voting no. I am yes voter cause i believe this TA rewards us with huge raises, fixes the sick time issues, produces more productive lines so folks arent sitting around at home jerking off while geting paid and if the company doesnt make as much money we at least have our big raises and dont have to worry bout profit sharing.
